Empowering ALL young people.

Impacting youth at all levels.

Our mission is to empower all young people including queer, trans, and non-binary students. We achieve this through a holistic approach that includes leadership development, mentorship and community engagement to develop emotionally intelligent and civically minded leaders who contribute to their families and greater communities.

Support for Communities

Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to feel and be their best selves.

Empowerment Through Experiences

Queenshipp is all about action. We understand that empowerment does not come from words alone. We get up and go out, making important connections for both our kids, and our team.

Impact that lasts

We work with youth so we can have a lasting impact on their lives. By providing support and guidance, Queenshipp helps young people develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

“The power of building and maintaining relationships can be a cornerstone of impacting and transforming the lives of young people. Subsequently, it’s my honor to serve as a mentor for the youth of Queenshipp.”

“As a Denver native and graduate of clark Atlanta University, a black college/university, I choose to mentor to pay forward all the wisdom and knowledge that was given to me throughout my life.”

— April Denmon, Owner, Denmon Realty

“I mentor because I understand the sacrifices I had to make as a teen mom. I believe this knowledge can help my future men tees be more intentional about their choices.”
